Outcome for the day:
Today was fun ad I made the best out of what would normally be a boring Notary Class Day. I passed the test with flying colors.
Today I broke that mold and lived out of my committment to have an extraordinary life, make a difference and be extremely wealthy!

Promises For September 29th
Outcome for Today:
It was sad that Paul Newman died last week. He did so many amazing things with his life. While I was on the treadmill I was examining my life in the context of his death and had an insight that I had seen before, but never felt in the same way. That insight was that I am committed to having something other than "He didn't want to, he couldn't, and he was born into the wrong family. Had he had a different background, a different family, and was a better person, he COULD have been somebody....Maybe he'll do better next time around" on my tombstone.
Today I broke that mold and lived out of my committment to have an extraordinary life, make a difference and be extremely wealthy!

Update on Stretch Promise
On Friday I talked to the photographer that I had set up for the shoot on Saturday. He was sick and wasn't going to be able to do the shoot.
I went through all sorts of machinations i.e., I guess it's not going to happen, what the fuck...how am I going to make this happen?
So I started looking around and offering my clothes to photographers who were doing shoots. Bottom line, I found someone who I was able to help out. Not only was he able to use my clothes, but the model that I booked was able to be shot as well. We shot over 800 frames.
It really was an amazing miracle!
I will have photos to share with everyone on the call for Thursday.

Not exactly what I intended
Today had a great start and a great finish , but inbetween was a little bit of a knawing pain in the *&%!
To make a short story short, I never really recovered from the wine that Joel and I had on Friday night. Saturday morning, although I was feeling better and ran 8 miles, I still don't think that I fully recovered. The sad thing is that it wasn't one of those hangovers that puts you out for the day...Just one that is like an awful malase that tears at your energy and spirit.
So today was like that for me. not really there, not really here....The end result was just a kind of crapy day with no results to speak of until the end of the day when I was feeling better.
I have to get up in the morning and work out. It just doesn't work for me to sleep in. The tone for my whole day is set in that first few minutes of the day. When I don't start it on a good note...I am fucked.
